Some privacy laws give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. At PDC there is nothing to opt out of, and this page explains why.
PDC does not sell or share
PDC does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There are no advertising networks, data brokers or analytics providers loaded on this site at launch.
Financial Checkup entries cannot be sold or shared because they are never transmitted to PDC. They remain in your browser's session storage on your own device.
What we hold, and how to remove it
The only personal information PDC stores is what you submit deliberately: a first name and email address for a resource request or a contact message, along with consent and delivery metadata. To access, correct or delete it, email hello@personaldebtconsolidation.com from the address concerned.
If this changes
If PDC ever introduces a practice that qualifies as a sale or share, a functioning opt-out mechanism will be published here before that practice begins.
This policy is written in plain language to describe how PDC actually operates today. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. PDC intends to obtain professional legal and privacy review before significant traffic or any collection of personal stories.
