Accessibility

Last reviewed August 8, 2026

PDC targets WCAG 2.2 level AA. People dealing with debt should not also have to fight the website.

What is implemented

  • A skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators.
  • Semantic landmarks, one H1 per page and a logical heading order.
  • Labelled form fields with instructions and inline, announced error messages.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and FAQ accordions with aria-expanded and aria-controls.
  • Table headers and captions on comparison tables.
  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and empty alt text on decorative ones.
  • Support for the reduced-motion system preference.

Known limitations

PDC has not yet completed a full third-party audit or comprehensive screen-reader testing across all browser and assistive-technology combinations. Issues found will be fixed and noted here.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of the site is difficult or impossible to use, email hello@personaldebtconsolidation.com with the page and what happened. We will respond and, where possible, provide the information another way while the issue is fixed.
